Refund Policy

1. Monthly plans

Renew monthly with no annual commitment. You can cancel before the next renewal by emailing mail@renova360.co; canceling stops future charges.

2. Annual plans

Prepaid for 12 months and renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including the setup fee and any monthly or annual period already paid. Canceling stops future charges but does not create refunds or partial credits.

Our commitment is to deliver service so well that a refund is never needed: if something doesn't match what we agreed, write to us and we'll make it right.
